March 2019 numbers are in! What stands out me to is the price increase for houses and condos from last year to this year, +4.6% with houses and +5.8% with condos.
Also, with the new development and teardown/rebuilds in Long Branch we are seeing a close average sale price between semis and detached homes.
Busy season is ahead and looking forward to what April will bring… what do you predict?
